Shipping Within New Zealand
We offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand.

Rural Deliveries: May take an extra 1–2 business days

All orders are sent with tracked courier services, and tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual shipping time may vary.
Order Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or product launches, there may be a slight delay — but we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Internationally
Currently, we don't offer shipping outside of New Zealand.
Delivery Issues
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier. However, if your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, we’re here to help:

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
If you’re purchasing a pre-order or made-to-order item, please allow for the additional lead time listed on the product page. Your full order will be shipped once all items are ready.
