4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

• Shipping times may vary and are provided as an estimate only.

• Keepsy is not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays).

5. Returns & Refunds

• We want you to love your purchase. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a replacement or refund.

• For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs may apply.
